The search for perfection is a deadly, never-ending cycle. Technology has allowed us limitless ability to snap the perfect image, whether it takes 10 or 100 snaps to capture the subject in its ‘perfect’ form, then edited further.We need to remind ourselves that while looking at images and when posting them, if something looks too good to be true, it probably is.
The Good Type series is a commentary on 'social media anxiety'. The series of 8 digtal prints seeks to bring awarness to this anxeity and serve as a reminder and releif to the negtive feelings social media can impose on us, therby promoting mindfulness when engaging online.
The series was printed in 2016. Each print has a limited 5 print run.
